PAYMENT: A deposit will be requested to secure the booking, the balance to be paid to your hosts on arrival. Deposits must be paid to HouseCalls either by sterling cheque, bank transfer, sterling travellers cheques or by credit card through Paypal. Alternatively you may pay by cheque in a foreign currency to which £10.00 must be added to cover UK Bank Charges.

CANCELLATION: The deposit is not refundable in the event of a cancellation. Where a booking is cancelled within the last seven days HouseCalls reserves the right to collect the balance owing on the first two nights on behalf of the hosts.

TERMS & CONDITIONS: It is important to note that HouseCalls acts only as a booking agent between paying guests and hosts. All details of accommodation are prepared by HouseCalls in good faith and are based on the circumstances normally in existence in the homes. We do not own or control these homes and your contract for the accommodation is with the hosts. We cannot accept liability for disputes or claims arising between you and the hosts.
